Max POV

Fang. Was. Sitting. Up. I gasped. My vision was extremely blurry. I smiled right before everything went black.

Nudge POV

What's going on?

Angel POV

A nurse wheeled Max away. Nothing serious. Well, her arm and leg were shattered. Surgery, yes. But she won't die. Fang grinned barely and fell asleep. Finally seeing Max. Finally, I saw Iggy swoop through the window.
'Max make it?" he asked. I nodded. He sighed.
"But she kinda shattered her arm and leg."
"Wha...?!?" he sputtered.
"I dont know. When she got here thats how she was," i said.
Wierd, he said in his mind.
"Tell me about it," I agreed.
"Have you ever heard her sing?" he asked.
I shook my head. "Max, sing?"
I giggled.

Max POV

Na, na, na, na. Ba,da,ba,da. Hey, hey. Na. Beh. Random sounds flew through my mind. Then I was singing in my mind, strollign through a field of yellow and pink flowers. My least favorite colors. But, in my dream it was perfect. i was singing one of those immensely happy songs, who knows what. Right on cue, I opened my eyes.
Five faces stared over me. I giggled loudly.
"Watchalookinat...?" I slurred.
"She said, What are you looking at," Angel translated.
"HowFaaaaaang?"
"How's Fang," Angel repeated. "Great."
"Thankssgooodness."
"Thanks."
I smiled dopily. "Yaaaawlareveybesst."
"She said, Yall are the best. Well, yall are vee best."
I kept smiling and sang: Max had some stuff like valium so her voice is very non-understandable, but just pretend
