Thanx! I'll read them tomorrow if I have time at school. I can't here cuz I have Works on mine and it is a docx, and the other Word I have here doesn't have the compatability mode installed. So I will get back to you ASAP on it--thanx!

OK, I've read them, and I am sorry it has taken me this long to reply--long story. Anyway, if you have more, I'd love them! I'm learning more than I thought I would, to be perfectly honest, and I think I can start to format some of my "arguments" in the way it has it formatted. Anyway, thanks. I'd appreciate it and I love to read them!

Is it all right if after I am done reading them to ask you some questions? I have been saving a question or two...thank you!

It makes it easier this way, so I can read a little more now and then hold off the rest until I have the compatability to read them. Anyway. OK, here is one of my questions: When it comes to the "eye witness" testimony, one of the things that it said was that for it to be true, that the witness needs to have all truth, otherwise it is false, but what I am wondering is that if you have two people at the scene, they see the exact same thing, and they tell you something vauguely the same, but then the details are off, which one, or if any, would you go with? Like it said, a lot of things to consider, but I am wondering about how you (not you as in YOU) would decide which one to go with. Would you go with the one that has the most detail, or how would that come in...?

Well, I guess the one you'd have to choose is the one with the best circumstances. Which one was closer, less intoxicated, had no mental disorders, etc. If all those were exactly the same and the stories are slightly off, then you'd have to use evidence from the rest of teh case to figure out which one rings closer to the truth.
Hope that helps a little.
