Probably...probably not

~the perfect boyfriend crap might bounce back to those mad scientists faces and Max would instead be appalled by him
~Max really might become attracted to Dylan (but only because he was created for that purpose)
~Maybe Max's love for Fang would prevent her from falling for Dylan (what with her saying that Fang is already perfect for her in book 5)
~Max probably would fall for him if Fang would really die (assuming Dylan isn't evil)
~If Max's teenage hormones get to her then she'd be struggling choosing between Fang and Dylan (love both of them?)
~etc...
