Anyway that's not the point. It is real but I'm also in the "not making an effort to actually save the planet" category. Do people seriously think that running around and whining about the fact that cars contribute to this, that and the other and polar bears are dying is really going to do anything? Think about it, how often in your day-to-day life do you actually think about a polar bear? Also, if they all happened to die, what would happen to the world? I'm asking for two reasons, 1) being I don't know and 2), if there isn't going to be some horrific consequence for the extinction of Pbears why does anybody give a damn? Are they preventing the world from exploding or saving starving kids? No. I think not. Regardless, I do care for the polar bears and I do feel sorry for them. I just don't think there's anything I can do which doesn't result in me handing over my well-earned cash to some organisation who most likely won't use it correctly.

I just don't think this whole campaign is going to do anything. People aren't going to give up their cars so that they can walk several miles to work and trek to another country or something to visit their families. Recycling? Will that ever prove to be a totally indespensable process? I thought recycling was a big deal, the bin men around my place wouldn't take our recycling bin away for several stupid reasons, one of them probably being laziness. Why? Because nobody cares. Nobody cares about the planet at all. They're just going to take and take and carry on taking until there's nothing else it can give. It's inevitable. /rant; ▶ Reply to This

The atmosphere is thinning and were alll going to die because of it!!!!!! And we are causing it earth is dying from the noxios gases that we are putting in the air!!!!! Everyday we waste soooo much energy that we ourselfs coould make the apocalypse happen without even a second thought!!!!!!!! GLobal Warimg is right heree right now and killing many things including trees, Polar bears, ext. Yes if you are wondering i AM a TREE HUGGER and i wish that everyone would be soo we wouldnt have to die in fifty years or sooo form all of the polution and earthly diasaters. GO GREEN!!!!!!!!!! I do feel sorry for the polar bears and I know that's it's human activity that has causes such an unfortunate circumstance for them. When I say things like "are they preventing the world from exploding" and stuff, it's not my personal opinion. From the way things are going, it's obvious that this is probably the attitude a lot of people carry around with them. It's this lack of respect for the other living creatures that inhabit the planet that causes them to become secondary to the needs of humanity. If anybody really cared, and I mean "anybody" as in the whole world not just the few activists wandering around with picket signs, they wouldn't be facing such dire circumstances they are now. People would have abandoned their cars and luxuries as soon as they heard about climate change, but instead they're still chugging around and polluting the planet.; ▶ Reply to This

HMMm i doubt you would feel very good! And yes some people chose to make the bad desicion and not help the planet but you know what they will someday feel guilty about this and die in thier guiltieness i know thati wont die in vain that i will be remembered that i helped the earth and encouraged others to join in. Seriosly more than half the population of the world knows about global warming and are just ignorant as they lay on thier sorry butts on thier couchs watching a tv. Instead they should chose to be outside planting trees or cleaning up earth!!!! GO GREEN!!!!!!!!; ▶ Reply to This

You don't oil a bike every day, my bike hasn't been oiled in 1 year. And the oil does not fall into a valuable resource, it doesn't pollute anything.

And Hannah is also right about animals having feelings.
When teachers say animals have instinct, it means they can't solve a puzzle, or use a tool. They have basic senses and aren't creative.
