Back in the Buffy days, YES. Totally.

Now? I believe she's in her 30s and just had a baby. I mean, Max is supposed to look old, but there is a limit. XD

she is like 33, I think Max should be layed by someone other an a White girl to keep the diverisity of the group even, I mean Iggy, Gazzy and Angel are WHITE, Fang, Nudge and Max should be played by ethnic Actors.

Um, 80% of America is Caucasian. Fang and Nudge-2 out of a group of 6-adequately represent the percentage of minorities without changing a major character's appearance just for the sake of "keeping the diverisity of the group even."

BUT Max is not Caucasian, Max is Half Mexican and BTW the percent of Caucasians is 66% . I am so tired of the main character in movies being Caucasians even if the character they are portraying isn't.

Hm, well according to this the percent of "white persons" is 80%. But it also says the percentage of "white persons not Hispanic" is about 66%. To be honest, I have no idea what that means and why it's different from "white persons." X( *horrible confusion*

Since Max herself had absolutely no idea she was part Hispanic (and is often described as blonde), it would be out of touch with the canon portrayal of Max to randomly make her an ethnic actress. I totally understand the frustration with lots of Caucasian main charries, but to change the source material for that reason seems weird. The Flock is already more diverse than many merry groups of main characters in the movies.

well I have met a lot of people who are Hispanic and have lighter hair color. Max's hair color is a huge confusion it changes from book to book so i am kind of curious to know what they will go by in the movie. The flock is suppose to look unique so maybe she has a cool hair color that normal people don't have, like having dark brown hair with blonde streaks.

If they then cast Robert.P as Fang;
Robert.P is known for being Edward, a vampire. She's a Vampire slayer, he's a vampire...
My friends and I wouldn't be able to take the film seriously.

But on a serious note; She's too old, Max is 14. Sure Max is supposed to look old for her age, but there really is a limit.l

Robert P. could NEVER play as Fang. One he has already been displayed as Edward, Two he is too old, and Three he looks nothing like Fang. Fang is supposed to have long dark hair and olive skin.
